Terms of Use
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These terms apply to Piano Sheet Converter (this website, we, us). By starting a conversion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a recording.
1. Free service, no account
The current service is free and does not require registration, a subscription or payment information. It produces an automatic piano arrangement from a recording. You must be able to agree to these terms under applicable law; where required, a parent or guardian must authorize your use.
2. Your recordings and rights
Upload only recordings that you own or have permission or another lawful basis to process. A recording can involve separate rights in the composition, lyrics, performance and sound recording. You remain responsible for the rights needed to upload, arrange, download, perform or share it. Converting a song does not grant a license to someone else’s music.
3. Permission to process
You retain any rights you hold in your uploads. You give this website the limited permission needed to receive, temporarily store, process and transform them and deliver results to you. We do not claim ownership of your original recordings. Any rights in generated arrangements remain subject to applicable law and third-party rights; we do not promise exclusive ownership or copyright protection for an output.
4. Limits and acceptable use
Uploads must be MP3, WAV, MP4 or M4A, no more than 20 MB and 5 minutes. Initial fair-use limits are 3 submissions per UTC day per network source and per anonymous browser, one active task per source, and at least 60 seconds between accepted submissions. Shared networks may share a limit. The service also applies short-term request limits, a queue limit and a total daily capacity limit. Failed accepted jobs can count toward the limit. Do not automate bulk submissions, evade limits using rotating identities or addresses, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful material. We may reject or restrict abusive requests and adjust limits as capacity changes.
5. Automatic arrangements need review
Results are drafts. Melody, accompaniment, rhythm, key, note spelling and hand allocation may be incorrect. The time signature is selected by you, not reliably detected automatically. Listen and review the score before practice, performance, teaching or publication. We do not guarantee transcription accuracy, playability, a specific processing time or uninterrupted availability.
6. Downloads and availability
Download your results while the current page is open. Closing, refreshing or leaving the result screen loses unsaved results, which we cannot recover. There is no result history or file archive. Tasks may fail, capacity may be full, and service may become unavailable.
7. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and keeping copies you need. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory protections under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected.
8. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy describes file processing, browser storage and retention. We may update these terms for future use of the service; the version date appears above. An operator contact channel has not yet been published on this website.
